We'll be using our own tailor-made, user-friendly platform designed for virtual and in-person events. The platform is web-based and accessible through your web browser. You don't need to download any software.

A reliable internet connection, a computer with a webcam and microphone (or headset) are recommended for optimal experience.

1to1 meetings are pre-arranged, 25-minute virtual meetings where you can connect with other attendees for focused discussions and networking.

Prior the event, the conference platform will allow you to browse attendee profiles and propose meeting times based on your and their availability. You can invite other attendees and other attendees can invite you to 1to1 meetings. The system considers time zones for seamless matchings and connections. You can mark specific time slots on your schedule as unavailable to prevent agenda conflicts.

Yes, you can browse attendee profiles and choose who you'd like to meet with. If others choose to meet with you and invite you to meet, you will be notified and don't need to confirm the meeting, however cancellation is allowed if necessary. The system facilitates the scheduling process, but you have full control over who you meet.
